BRIDGE THE GAP TO HEALTH
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Many years ago, the physician community determined a need to sponsor a prescription program to assist who cannot always afford their medications.  Patients often have to choose between food and needed medications due to limited incomes.  Quincy Catholic Charities MedAssist program provides this service to area residents regardless of race, color, or religious beliefs.

The Bridge the Gap to Health event has helped the QCC MedAssist Program leverage over $4 million to help those in need receive their prescription medication.  All money raised from this event stays in the community.  The need continues each and every day and we rely on your support to continue providing this valuable service to our friends, family, and neighbors.  Donations to the QCC MedAssist program are tax-deductible.

• MAJOR - $10,000+
• PLATINUM - $5,000 - $9,999
• GOLD - $2,500 - $4,999
• SILVER - $1,000 - $2,499
• BRONZE - $500 - $999

SPONSOR BENEFITS

• 100% of your sponsorship benefits the Quincy Catholic Charities MedAssist Program.
• Payments of pledges made to the event are due by March 2008.
• Major sponsor logos and Platinum through Bronze will appear on runner's t-shirts.  Friend level supporters will appear on the friends board posted on the stage the day of the event.
