Y7 BTG Training Program
Introductory Meeting for the training program for the 1/2 marathon, 10k, or 5K walk/run

Whether you want to increase distance, time or your personal health, this training is for you. Head trainer, US Olympian & former professional soccer player, Marvell Wynne II partners with Integrative Wellness Coach, Michele Wilkerson. Together, they will guide you through 12 weeks of training to improve your running technique to increase your pace & endurance, prevent knee, hip & low back pain and finally, guide you through your recovery.
What this training includes:
*12 weeks of weekly programming to increase strength, endurance & mobility
*Accountability for weekly runs – Marvell will be available after Saturday runs from 9AM-11AM.
*3 restorative yoga classes 1 in March, April & May to learn how to recover and use breath to build endurance.
*Discounted Integrative Wellness Coaching sessions (3-20 min sessions for $75, a $150 value)
Recommended Start Dates for the program based on your race distance:
Feb. 23 begin 1/2 Marathon Training
March 9 begin 10K Training
March 23 begin 5K Training
